One must guard against being contrary to the leadership, rather, support them, and the vision of the Church. One is to seek, know, and understand their part in the body and be committed to excellence. To pray for the leadership continually. Pray when you understand their mandate, and when you don't understand.
If you are a leg of the body, above all, don't try to be the head. Recognize that every member of the body is significant, and it is important that each does his part to support the vision and bring it into fruition.
